Our client is a fast growing company active in the
real estate sector.

As
Business Controller you will be
responsible for:
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and the Group Controller, you will assist the team with the following tasks:

Participate in the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation using Mona;
Participate in the monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting towards the management and shareholders;
Participate in the set up of budgets and forecasts;
Analyze differences in forecasts;
Turnover reporting for the Group.

The required
profile for the
Business Controller position:

Master Degree in Applied Economics, Finance & Accountancy or Commercial Engineer;
Very good knowledge in Dutch, French and English;
Knowledge of the Belgian Accountancy is essential;
Knowledge of IFRS is an asset;
Knowledge of SAP and MONA is an asset but not essential;
Good communication skills;
Excellent organizational and relational skills, rigorous, analytical and synthetic mind;
Team worker, open minded, autonomous and proactive;
Persevering, flexible and stress resistant.
