We are searching for a (Junior) Learning and Development officer to join our BESTMIX Academy.

You will work from our headquarters in Maldegem, Belgium or from our office in Veenendaal, the Netherlands.

Your tasks as (Junior) Learning and Development Officer:

Composing teaching materials
You (re)design teaching materials that are in line with the professional profile, competences, learning phase, learning environment and study load. You use teaching materials that are in line with the didactic concept (vision) of the program. You ensure creativity and variety in the various forms of learning methods.
Testing
You manage existing tests and evaluate your students' results. You provide test and evaluation forms with technical comments and you analyze test results. You assess both formative and summative tests. You use the Basic Examination Qualification (BKE) used in higher professional education in the Netherlands (HBO) as a basis.

Your profile as (Junior) Learning and Development Officer:

You are communicatively strong and customer-oriented, both in an internal and international context.
You will be part of an international team with international customers. Dealing with different cultures and backgrounds is no problem for you.
You are good at setting priorities by actively listening, consulting and analyzing.
You are accurate, goaloriented, stressresistant and take initiative.
You are administratively strong and have a creative mind.
You have professional presentation skills.
You see every question as a challenge to expand your knowledge and find a solution.
You have good knowledge of Dutch and excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written. English is the language of instruction at BESTMIX.
You are analytical and enjoy working on quality business solutions.
You have at least a bachelor's degree. An educational bachelor's degree is a plus.
You are collegial and can work smoothly in a team as well as independently.
You are interested in IT and have basic knowledge of current IT programs such as Office, Sharepoint, Adobe, etc.
Preferably you have experience in working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
