The Architecture team is a multi-disciplinary group of experienced Business and IT architects in charge of Data Architecture:
WHICH SERVICE ARE YOU JOINING?

The IT Architecture service is a transversal service of the Information Data & Business Services department by The Client.

You are part of a team of 8 people and report to the head of the IT Architecture department.

information from The Client and collaborate with the various ITBT and Business teams for the development of solutions.

WHAT DOES THIS WORK CONSIST OF?

Concretely:

As BI/data architect, you carry out the following activities:

You evaluate and maintain the architectural vision (logical and technical) of the BI & Analytics platform in collaboration with the entire BI and Analytics community.

and taking into account the needs medium and long term;
As part of IT projects, you develop the impacts of future IT solutions on the field BI & Analytics.;
You look for opportunities to develop Data Science and Advanced Analytics capabilities at The Client;
You participate in impact analyzes on the BI and Analytics domains and validate the consistency of Suggested solutions;
You are responsible for the implementation of good practices in terms of development,documentation and deployment of the Business Information architecture;
You support the development of a Data Governance program and the movement towards Data Driven Culture ;
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

You have an IT-oriented university degree or equivalent experience;
You have knowledge and experience in enterprise architecture (min 5 years),

You have experience in system architecture methodology and notation

Information (TOGAF,...), and in a methodology and notation for developing solutions computing (UML...) as well as in data modelling;
You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the fields of data warehouse (DWH), BI and data governance;
You have experience in setting up a Data platform.

You have experience implementing a Data Governance program.

You have knowledge of techniques and useful for Data Science and Advanced Analytics and can collaborate with Data Scientists;
You demonstrate functional and technical leadership for the BI and Analytics domain;
You are fluent in French or Dutch, have a good foundation in the other language and you are fluent in technical English;
Knowledge of the SAS suite and Exadata systems is an asset;
