This position offers the opportunity to work within Core Systems/Delivery Solutions domain to enable the testing community to test these projects.

The projects run through ordering and sales, provisioning and billing.

To test the full chain, testers need data such as customers, products, addresses, billing, SIM cards and functional tests in the lab.

We also provide test useridâs with the required profiles in the test environment.

We align with the teams that refresh and maintain the test environments with masking and we provide full support to the projects.

We also support the trainings to train the future agents/partners.

Responsibilities:

You will work in a multi-functional team with the following responsibilities:

Test data management

Based on questions from the testing community you will search or combine the right data
First line troubleshooting
You have an excellent knowledge of Fiber provisioning flow.

PowerBi, PowerApps, PowerAutomate (Java/Selenium) â Reporting & automation

You develop rapid solutions for limited groups (510 people)
You are able to create PowerBi reports with different data sources (e

g:
SQl databases, text files, FTP, APIâs)

Management of lab lines and equipment
- ⢠You provide the installation of physical lab lines (EBU & CBU) with the necessary equipment (modem decoders)

You will ensure that the equipment has the necessary firmware and works properly.
Based on the installed line and equipment you will do a Sanity check (commissioning).

- ⢠You will gain insight into the necessary network components

Our lab is located in the Carli building in Evere. You are willing to be there regularly.

Data setup & refresh

You coordinate together with your colleagues the data setup for setting up the nonproduction environments

Your Profile

You have experience in performing analyses in complex environments.

- ⢠You have knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, MS Excel, Power BI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Selenium, Java.
- ⢠You have very good knowledge of relational databases.

You have experience with Agile development principles & methodologies.
You are analytical, assertive and solution oriented.
You are optimistic and creative with an open mind and leadership qualities.
Customer focus is in your nature.
You value communication and collaboration with others.
You have a learning attitude.
Knowledge of English is a must.
