HR is currently looking for an HR Manager for our partner active in the sustainable energy sector located in Brussels.

As part of an international group, you will be based in the site located in west Brussels. The company is growing and focusing on delivery smarter and innovative solution to their customers all around Belgium. The structure is flat, and there is a high possibility to take initiative and grow in the role. This position reports locally to the General Director seeking to develop a business partnership.


The HR Manager will:
Overview a generalist scope of responsibility. Focus on projects on soft HR topics (talent management, L&D, performance review, recruitment...). Play an operational role for the Belgium payroll. Develop the employer branding and compensation & benefits. Be the SPOC for specific topics and unions representative. At least 10 years 'experience in a similar position. Experience in the industry or sector involving white & blue collars. Bilingual in...
