Job Description:

Join our International Business Unit and seize the opportunity to become our new Finance & Administration Manager for overseas construction projects.

General - Processes

  • Ensure compliance with legal and contractual frameworks in all financial and administrative transactions
  • Update business processes as needed
  • Develop tools for economic, finance, and administrative monitoring
  • Adhere to local financial regulations
  • Implement Group guidelines and policies

Economic

  • Monitor project cost control and local Branch operations
  • Report risks, opportunities, and project performance
  • Enhance reporting tools and budgeting processes
  • Analyze business performance against budgets
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Director

Finance & Taxes

  • Provide financial data for decision-making
  • Manage intercompany invoicing and financial discipline
  • Handle statutory accounts and financial systems
  • Review tax schemes for Branch and Joint-Venture

Treasury and Cash

  • Optimize treasury activities
  • Track cash flows and variances
  • Develop cash flow forecasts
  • Manage bank guarantees

HR - Administration

  • Oversee expat staff administrative management
  • Support timekeeping and comply with local taxes
  • Manage HR and local team
  • Monitor equipment, insurances, and logistics
  • Ensure document control and maintain relationships with partners

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in an economic or financial field
  • Experience in cost control, accounting, or financial audit
  • Project-based environment experience preferred
  • Interest in the construction industry
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Flexible and culturally adept
  • Result-oriented, proactive, and problem solver
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and responsible
  • Effective communicator and solution-oriented
