My client is a leading law firm at the forefront of legal innovation, founded few years ago and already counting 20 people.

The clients of the firm are mainly entrepreneurs, start up & scale up, investors, business angels, venture capitalists, active in the tech & innovation sectors.

They are seeking dynamic and experienced (Senior) Technology Associates to advise innovative companies (and their investors) on IP, IT & other commercial-related matters.

Responsibilities:

Technology licenses & services agreements (including SaaS)
IP licenses
Joint development
Collaboration & other strategic alliance agreements
Performing intellectual property & technology due diligence for corporate transactions and tech transfers
IP venturing transactions
Distribution agreements (including OEM, VAR and other reseller agreements)

Must Have:

Master in Law
Around 1 to 8 years' experience
In Commercial, IT, IP and/or Privacy Law
Dutch & English Fluent
Adaptability, proactiveness, attention to detail and commercial vision

Nice to have:

Experience in Technology Contracting
Experience in corporate venturing or academic spinoffs
