Responsibilities

• Accountability for the global WTG business KPIs. Budget and personnel responsibility as well as for investment projects within scope.
• Responsibility for setting prices and margins in the markets in accordance with the strategic and operational corporate goals and the pricing policy for the respective product segments and target markets.
• Customer/Project acquisition through the definition of target customers and projects, relationship building and the successful negotiation with a successful business outcome.
• Responsibility for the further development and optimization of systems and processes as well as the control of all sales activities in the WTG business in accordance with the company's strategy, product segment strategies and operational corporate goals.
• Responsibility for the complete and compliant documentation of offers and contracts for all projects and customers (for auditors, audits, financial audits).
• Awareness of safety, health and environmental protection within the field of responsibility. Compliance with relevant local legal requirements, the corporate guidelines of the Master Builders Group and the compliance of EHS guidelines of the company.
• Planning, coordination, expansion, and optimization of all activities in Global WTG scope within the framework of the respective legislation and company goals. Coordination of goals, measures, and clarification of requirements with the heads of business (Cluster Heads) across all geographies in scope.

Requirements

Formal & technical requirements:

• Degree in Industrial or Material Engineering, Business Administration or Economics, alternatively a degree in Chemistry (cementitious or resin based), alternatively other comparable fields of study supported by experience within the industry.
• 5-10 years of business management experience
• Min 5 years expertise with offshore projects
• Min 5 years of leadership experience supported by leadership training.
• Product knowledge and technical expertise within the field is required.
• Documented project management experience, including material specification into projects, project pricing and acquisition.
• Documented experience international B2B sales, marketing and / or purchasing is required.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, ordinances, guidelines, e.g.: compliance guidelines.
