Partner Business Manager - Diegem, België - Hewlett Packard

We are looking for a Partner Business Manager (PBM) for our Commercial Channel team in Belgium, responsible for developing and growing the business with an assigned portfolio of top B2B channel partners.
High Level Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the overall relationship with your assigned set of partners and be the central point of contact for the partner's management and sales teams.
- Motivate and drive the partner's sales force who are your virtual sales teams.
- Be a trusted advisor to your partners by thoroughly understanding the synergies between HP's portfolio of products and services and the partner's valueadd solutions & services offering.
- Drive the joint business plan, the quarterly activity plan and the opportunity pipeline in order to maximize the HP SoW (Share of Wallet) and achieve HP's channel sales targets.
- Build a good collaboration with your crossteam HP colleagues
- Build a good knowledge of HP's organization and operations, key business rules, partner segmentation segmentation and key programs.
- Manage your business like it's your own company
- Build and execute a Business Plan for the next year that includes initiatives to grow HPs share
Education and Experience Required:
- University or Bachelor's degree
- Typically 310 years of experience in sales or account management; preferable in IT industry.
- Experience in selling to reselling partners in a complex environment.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Language : fluent in Dutch, French and English
- Eagerness to learn about HP's products, services and solutions and do story telling about it.
- Establishes an excellent working relationship with all hierarchy levels in the account
- Have a structured work approach with disciplined followup
- Good communicator
- Ability to do effective internal and external networking.
- Thorough understanding of pipeline management discipline
