Function:

Your mission

Our
Finance team, composed of about 25 employees, located on the Braine-l'Alleud site, is currently looking for a
Junior AP/AR Accountant to strengthen this team.

What will you work on?

Reconciliation of customer selfbilling invoices with our sales invoices.
Analyze customer payments and prepare input data for the general ledger accountant.
Analyze customer overdue payments and overpayments and organize monthly meetings with the sales department.
Follow up on claims received from customers and deducted from their payment.
Check credit note and invoice requests from internal departments and validate them for creation in ERP.
Send payment reminders to customers.
Prepare management reports on overdue and overpaid customers.
Provide technical support for approval workflows developed inhouse (SharePoint).

Profile:

MUST HAVE

Experience level: Junior
Bachelor's degree in accounting
French / English
Good computer skills, especially in Excel

NICE TO HAVE

Ability to integrate easily and be a team player
PowerPoint & Sharepoint
