    Pour l'un de nos clients, actuf dans les jeux de hasard, nous sommes à la recherche d'un.e Juriste.

    Vos tâches :

    • Suivi et accompagnement de l'évolution de la législation sur les jeux de hasard ;
    • Gestion des contacts avec la Commission des Jeux de Hasard et les autorités publiques ;
    • Gestion des procédures administratives : demande de licences, permis d'urbanisme, ... ;
    • Rédaction et validation de contrats sur un large éventail de sujets ;
    • Fourniture des conseils juridiques également sur un large éventail de sujets;
    • Gestion du contentieux et contacts avec les avocats intervenants ;
    • Gestion des contacts avec les associations professionnelles.

    Votre profil

    • Vous êtes diplômé d'un Master en droit;
    • Vous avez idéalement 3-5 ans d'expérience en tant qu'avocat ou juriste;
    • Vous avez un intérêt prononcé pour une fonction de juriste généraliste ;
    • Vous êtes capable de traduire les notions, risques et concepts juridiques en conseils pratiques et compréhensibles orientés entreprise ;
    • Utilisation courante du FR/NL/EN (oral et écrit) ;
    • Excellentes connaissances en MS Office.
