Job Purpose and Impact:

The Marketing Digital Commerce Consultant, will build the digital commerce capabilities for the companys brands on electronic commerce platforms and scale the companys presence on retailer sites.

In this role, you will help to establish the strategy on the companys positioning around the digital commerce channel and assist to identify which brands, pricing strategies and key partners will help the companys long term growth.

You will support the channel and partner closely with the strategic marketing and commercial teams.

Key Accountabilities:

Lead the development of the electronic commerce strategy for the assigned business, including selected markets, customer target groups and product categories.
Partner with the strategic marketing team on product launch executions to support consumer awareness and trial.
Foster customer partnerships with key retailers and stakeholders.
Serve as a domain expert for others digital team members to develop foundational capabilities, including specific system, brand and product assets.
Provide recommendations on the channel budget to maximize growth across prioritized retailers and flagship brands.
Independently handle complex issues with mínimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience navigating a large matrixed environment across various stakeholders including those in a virtual environment
