    Ansell is looking for a Senior Manager ERP D365 – Finance to join our team in Krakow, Poland; Brussels, Belgium; or the United States (Iselin, NJ)

    In this position you will play a vital role in Ansell's migration to Microsoft D365 as the new global platform. With this roadmap ahead, Ansell is offering global exposure on all levels, ranging from the initial blueprint phase to establish a companywide template until actual implementation in each region of the world.Starting from a greenfield implementation landscape, it provides you extensive opportunities to be part of designing the entire global solution as well as participating & leading tracks to improve project skills throughout

    • What your role will be? Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Director Process & Technology, Finance & Procurement you will have the opportunity to:

  • Core design of the OTC module of D365 and achieves designing the solution partners with Commercial Operations and IT to analyze and recommend effective solutions, business process changes and reporting to meet business needs
  • Act as the Global point of contact for D365 Finance related topics.
  • Ensure correct delivery of finance functionalities during simultaneous D365 rollouts globally
  • Ensure D365 deployments are executed within the Quality framework for ERP
  • Create functional specs, support in managing provisioning and de-provisioning users, Develop RICE objects, code migration; organizes and document process changes and RICE object changes
  • Manage day to day activities and business processes ensuring proactive support including minor enhancements and issue management
  • Effective collaboration with infrastructure teams, application development teams, testing and release teams
  • Monitor the application systems issues and support business analysts/ process owners.
  • Responsible for supporting Unit testing and performing Functional and User Acceptance Testing
  • Establish best practice processes and procedures and mentor operational resources as needed
  • Responsible for testing and performance tuning of financial and cross functional applications configuration and code development.
  • Expert knowledge of Financial Accounting processes & configuration. Main modules in Oracle D365 Finance application are identified as G/L accounting, AP & AR accounting, Cash & Bank Accounting, Fixed Asset accounting, Project Management accounting,
  • Expert knowledge of Financial Management processes & configuration. Main modules in Oracle D365 Finance application are identified as Financial organisational design, Inventory accounting, stock valuation strategy, Product Cost Accounting, Intercompany processing, internal & External Pricing designs, F/X impact analysis

    • What will you bring to Ansell?

  • BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Must have 10+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&0 with focus on the Finance domains within multiple successful D365 implementations that can be referenced.
  • Certified in D365 F&O
  • Proven track record in delivering a D365 implementation project with experience of working throughout project phases and delivering related objectives to each phase.
  • Operated on a global position, covering multiple regions in complex organisation
  • Managing the full delivery of ERP solutions across of multiple teams.
