Look no further Join Our Team as a Solution Architect in Brussels We're seeking a dynamic, skilled individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our projects forward.

Job Description:
As a Solution Architect, you'll spearhead critical tasks including:

Analyzing the integration of diverse information systems
Conducting data analysis and modeling
Coordinating the implementation of technical architecture
Serving as the technical liaison between project leaders and developers
Producing comprehensive software architecture documents
Active participation in technical working groups, progress meetings, and user engagement sessions
Providing invaluable assistance across testing, analysis, documentation, deployment, evaluation, and reporting
Crafting designs and blueprints for Cloud Architecture
Reviewing existing system architectures for seamless migration to the cloud
Designing and developing architecture components and building blocks using cloud components

Education Requirements:

A Master's degree or educational equivalent at Level 7 of the European Qualification Framework is required for this position.

Key Skills and Knowledge:
To excel in this role, you must possess:

Exceptional proficiency in ServiceNow and cloud-based integrations
Demonstrable ability to efficiently execute proof of concepts (PoC)
Proficiency in delivering both business and technical presentations
A commitment to upholding highquality standards
Agility in adapting to rapidly evolving technologies within cloudbased environments
Outstanding communication skills tailored to both technical and nontechnical audiences
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
Capability to produce clear and structured technical documentation
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
Extensive experience as a Solution Architect on the ServiceNow platform
Minimum 4 years' experience specifically as a Solution Architect on ServiceNow
Engagement in at least 3 distinct ServiceNow projects, with a minimum of 2 in HRrelated domains (HR Workflow / Case Management / Employee Workflow)
Excellent familiarity with Enterprise Architect frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)
Strong knowledge of Project Management frameworks such as PM2 and/or SAFe
5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Tech lead
Experience in web security, authentication, and authorization protocols (OAuth, Open ID Connect)
Expertise in responsive and adaptive design
