We are looking for a new
Contracting Team Coordinator to join our Finance, Contracting and Administration Team

Our department Finance & Business Performance serves as backbone for the business lines
- ensuring support in the different transversal key processes such as finance, strategy, procurement,

The contracting team is an essential part of it, covering the support for the whole 'prospect to contract' chain.


As Contracting team Coordinator
you:

You have a helicopter view of all activities from business requests to the financial back-office.

You are responsible for the continuity of the process and the operational support, as well as participating actively in the revision of existing procedures or develop new ones to increase efficiency of contract processing


And carry out the following key accountabilities:

  • You are the business' SPOC for every process-related issue in the sales force.
  • Meet deadlines and update business contacts with status.
  • Offer ad hoc administrative support to department.
  • Assure data integrity in the database.
  • You lead a team of 3 staff members + 2 external consultants
Qualifications


You might be our future Contracting Team Coordinator
if you:

  • have a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, as well as relevant job experience with purchasing agreements
- already have 4 to 5 years of experience in the job. An experience in an international environment is an asset.
- have an in depth knowledge of CRM ( sales Force)
- own team management and leadership skills: you support and empower your team in their activities
- possess good communication skills and capability of maintaining strong relationships.
- have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- are analytical and problem solving oriented.
- respect deadlines despite the constraints due to the time differences between our different entities (Europe, LATAM and MESCAT)
- have an hands-on mindset: you are not afraid of solving troubleshooting when it appears
- combine a good mastery of English, French and/ or Dutch
