+ Responsibilities: Preparation & Discovery, Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze and understand their business requirements Advice on solution design and possibilities Lead workshops and demos to present the proposed solution Design & Configuration Translate business needs into efficient HR processes Configure the requirements and HR processes in the system Support testing activities alongside the client and project team to enable seamless adoption of the solution Training & Enablement Train clients to drive successful adoption and maximize engagement with the implemented solution Develop and deliver tailored training materials to empower end users and ensure confident usage Deployment & Relationship Building Support go-live activities and ensure a smooth transition Foster long-term relationships by providing post-deployment guidance and support Innovation Stay up-to-date with release updates for the tool + Qualifications Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Management, Business Engineering, Economics, Finance or similar Fluent in French professional proficiency required English is also required Dutch is an asset Strong analytical mindset excellent communication skills Talent for detecting business needs create added value Collaborative mindset customer-oriented attitude High-quality delivery Pragmatic autonomous structured loyal Eligible for security clearance Validated job:1
