You identify, analyze and challenge users in order to create or improve business processes or tools in line with the priorities and business strategy.
You are the contact person between business, project and IT ("Proxy") in order to ensure mutual understanding and optimize collaboration.
As a functional analyst, you translate business needs into IT language and vice-versa.You build functional specifications of methods, processes and techniques of the proposed solution.
You have by preference a master's degree or equivalent by experience.
You have between 3- and 10-years' experience as a business and/or functional analyst.
You have a good functional understanding of IT processes , and are able to translate these into business language , and vice versa.
You have a perfect knowledge of English , both written and spoken.A permanent contract based in Brussels.
