ICARE Executive Search, a recruitment agency, is looking for a Marketer for a permanent contract based in Asse.

Working in a company with 60 employees and reporting directly to the General Manager, you develop, implement and optimise marketing campaigns across different channels.

Moreover, you realise marketing objectives for the organisation and are able to generate sufficient leads for sales by means of an appropriate mix of marketing activities.

To this end, you work closely with sales and other departments within the organisation and move from outbound to inbound marketing.

Supporting sales in the organisation of trade shows, presence at these shows and correctly speaking to customers and prospects.
Communicating and paying attention to our total solutions and their added value for our customers.
Providing internal and external newsletters, writing catchy content, liaising with trade press and digital platforms.
Meeting and reporting on the digital marketing campaigns and checking them against the organisational goals (ROI & KPIs).
Working closely with internal teams to topic and optimise landing pages.

Profile

We are looking for a marketing graduate with a first experience in the marketing field and a hands-on person who is close to the teams.

Experience in trade fair organisation and marketing supports to sales team.

Good knowledge of the necessary tools (Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Office,...) is a plus.

Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Indesign is an asset

Excellent in Dutch is mandatory (fluent) + good knowledge of English
