As a Junior Business Analyst / Controller, you will work closely with the finance and operations teams at BESTMIX, assisting in financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities.

Your role will involve analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining financial controls and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

Conduct regular financial analysis, including revenue analysis, profitability analysis, and expense analysis.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Identify key financial trends, patterns, and performance indicators, and communicate findings to management.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assist in the preparation and consolidation of budgets and forecasts.
Monitor budget performance and analyze actual results against projected figures.
Collaborate with department heads to gather relevant data and ensure alignment with financial objectives.

Cost Control and Optimization:

Support the identification and implementation of costsaving measures and process improvements.
Analyze cost structures, evaluate operational efficiency, and recommend strategies for optimization.
Monitor and report on key cost drivers and variances, highlighting areas for improvement or concern.

Financial Modeling:

Develop and maintain financial models to facilitate business planning and decisionmaking processes.
Perform scenario analysis to evaluate the financial impact of various strategic initiatives.
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial modeling outcomes.

Internal Controls and Compliance:

Assist in maintaining internal controls and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Participate in financial audits to ensure adherence to industry standards.
Identify control gaps and contribute to the implementation of corrective actions.

Your profile as Junior Business Analyst / Controller:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with acute attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with financial modeling tools.
Familiarity with accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software is desirable.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to nonfinancial stakeholders.
Proactive attitude towards continuous learning and professional development in the finance and business analysis field.
