MindCapture is a niche talent partner for companies in biotech, life sciences & healthcare. Our partner is an innovative medtech start-up specialized in surgical imaging technologies. It is a growing and dynamic company with high traction from international innovators.
In order to support their growth, we are looking for a business developer to follow up on all leads and help them spread the word and build relationships based on all the possibilities of their imaging technologies.
- Envision, create, implement, and continuously refine our marketing strategy
- Define and enhance our company's brand identity and value messaging
- Strategise, organise, and assist in creating captivating content to engage our target audience
- Stay uptodate on the value and potential of our solution, along with relevant clinical background information.
- Coordinate the development of clinicalfocused content, including patient cases, testimonials, and more.
- Collaborate with various teams (Clinical, Sales, R&D, QA/RA) and external partners to ensure highquality and compliant communication.
- Maintain and update communication channels (website, social media) to align with current messaging and strategy.
- Create marketing materials such as congress booths, slide decks, LinkedIn and website posts, testimonials, videos, and more.
- Support lead generation activities from a marketing perspective, including participation in congresses.
- Coordinate the organization of teaching and knowledge dissemination activities like webinars, congress symposia, and user meetings.
- Measure the impact of marketing activities and adapt the strategy based on insights.
REQUIRED COMPETENCES & SKILLS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication Science, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Nursing, Physical Therapy, or equivalent through experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in marketing, in the industry (MedTech, HealthTech, Pharma) or a clinical environment.
- Handson experience with various platforms such as MailChimp, LinkedIn, CMS, and CRM systems.
- Fluent in English with excellent speaking, copywriting, and editing skills. Fluency in additional languages beyond English is a strong plus.
- Strong foundational knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, diseases, and treatment.
- Proficient computer literacy with a strong aptitude for selflearning.
- Enthusiastic and deeply interested in marketing and communication strategy.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and selfmotivation.
- Passionate about digital media and its potential.
- Wellorganized and able to work autonomously.
- Eager to learn and stay updated with industry trends.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of graphic design fundamentals (Illustrator, InDesign).
- Willingness to travel.
