    Your Role

    We are looking for a Business Transformation Program Leader, who will drive transformation in the PTS business, whilst leveraging our digital tools to ensure exceptional customer experience and increase market penetration.
    Reporting to the Vice President Marketing, you will work closely with the PTS Division service team, our direct and indirect distribution channels, at the same time ensuring excellent communication and collaboration across divisions.

  • In line with our PTS strategy, you will drive the digital transformation to cultivate the customer center of the future. Providing first class customer experience through customized service solutions based on different customer segmentation.
  • You will promote digital self-service for our customers, empowering them to save time, increase convenience, and reduce the need for human intervention. Allowing our sales team to focus on value selling for more advanced solutions, driving loyalty and building strong relationships with our customers.
  • You will support customer centers with plans to drive channel management for dealers, rental companies, and end-users.
  • You will continue the successful dealer development program, further grow our indirect channel business by engaging and increasing dealer loyalty.
  • You will support customer centers to establish long-term and sustainable relationships with key accounts, including tailor made products and solutions to achieve the profitable sustainable growth. This is including but not limited to rental channel.
  • You will facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • You will promote the adoption of digital tools including the connectivity and e-commerce solutions.

  • You have an academic degree in marketing or engineering, or you can rely on 5+ years of experience in a similar business environment.
  • You have field experience in sales or marketing is an asset. Dealers and key accounts management experience is big plus.
  • You have excellent project management skills and can switch between different responsibilities.
  • You enjoy collaboration with different teams, can easily build bridges and are comfortable presenting your strategy and ideas.
  • You are fluent in English, as this is our internal language.

  • Job location

    We are a global team working in a hybrid model, with a possibility to work 2 days per week from your home office. You will be based in our headquarter offices in Aartselaar, Antwerp. #Li-hybrid You will regularly travel to our local customer centers and have regular check-ins in our different production sites.
