Activities that fall into the responsibilities of the Program Management Officer, or where support is expected, in close collaboration with the Program manager:

Active coordination of the different initiatives in the framework of the "Offshore TSO collaboration" program and its different projects and initiatives and status reporting for reporting to senior management of Elia and 50 Hertz;
Organization of upstream alignment;
Ensuring alignment between streams towards same goals and in line with overall planning, and coordinating interface management
Setting up a system for task management and followup on (sub)tasks
Setting up and managing works and document management environment, e.g.
SharePoint, Teams,
Quality control and general stream leader support, by ensuring quality of deliverables, proper validation, communication, and archiving
Planning, preparation and consolidation of TSO representative plenary meetings, streamspecific meetings and other adhoc meetings
Followup of
stakeholder management and (internal) communication
Prepare external communication material in collaboration with the other TSO's and with the external communication office.
Experience of
at least 2 years in project support:
Fluent in English
both spoken and written. Knowledge of Dutch, French or German is an positive attribute.

Master's degree in engineering / economics
Well organized
