    Essential Job Functions:

    Manage and improve raw material planning and ordering processes: conduct daily planning / ordering for all raw materials; analyze raw material usage in response to demand or supply changes; improve and standardize daily planning processes.

    Maintain and improve vendor management processes, including Supplier Scorecard and Forecasting
    Manage site raw material inventory to achieve service and inventory objectives. Oversee site inventory management processes for raws (cycle counts, loss reduction projects, SLOB inventory).
    Identify and lead projects to improve raw planning, inventory management, and service.
    Provide support for new product introduction or transitions
    Take actively part in daily/weekly operational meetings in Operations and Supply Chain.
    Understand and ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO 13485, and FDA 21 CFR part 820 regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Marketing, Communications or other related field.
    1-3 years logistics experience; medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills required in both Dutch and English.
    Must demonstrate a flexible and collaborative approach to problem solving.
    Ability to interface with cross-functional groups to define and execute overall requirements
    Detail oriented and excellent analytical, mathematical, organizational, skills

    Working knowledge of modern manufacturing, material flow and improvement strategies, and the ability to integrate those into the operation.

    Knowledge of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, MFG Pro, and function specific software
