We are looking for an incident manager.

When problems occur with any of our services, an incident is created and we investigate it so that our customers have a solution quickly.

These incidents can occur from our third party services we offer, deals and/or also our partners.

Specifically, we expect from you:

Investigating and getting to the bottom of third party incidents or missed deals/cashbacks. In doing so, you both look for a quick fix for the customer, but also bring proposals to prevent these customer problems structurally.
Frequently investigate customer signals for trends and thus formulate proposals to improve our services and gradually reduce incidents
Management and coordination of certificates from our third parties
Set up and manage payment methods of Deals in our tools
You formulate proposals to further optimize our internal processes and closely follow up these small projects

Work Schedule:

You will work an average of 2 days per week at our headquarters in Leuven
Typically you will work 50% of your time from a head office (Leuven, Brussels, Antwerp, Mechelen, Hasselt)

You have the necessary analytical and technical skills. We have +/ 50 additional services and for each of these there is a specific process to follow. You can deal with a multitude of information and processes.
You find a good balance between working in a planned way and being flexible enough to shift your priorities when necessary.
You work in a structured way, accurately and respect deadlines. You are a gogetter and work independently on your assignments. At the same time, you find it important to be part of a team. You always find in them a sounding board or sparring partners.
You succeed in communicating technical material in a clear and straightforward way to a broad target group: from IT technicians to business and management. You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
