WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

In this position, you will get to:

Support and work as a team with our Field Sales to develop the market by quoting standard and customized products with added value for our customers
Provide first line support to customers using our nVent Hoffman products and services
Take care of order entry and follow up of advanced customization projects
Promote the company's product offering to selected customers and either close deals directly or set an appointment with the Field Sales responsible
Followup on opportunities in the sales funnel and pending quotations to increase conversion rates
Manage orders proactively to assure a high delivery performance
YOU HAVE:
Previous experience within a Sales Support or Customer Care position, preferably in electromechanical environment
Working knowledge with CRM and ERP systems (M3 will be a plus)
Skills:

Positive attitude and good organizational skills
The ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
High sense of responsibility
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, English, and French
Basics of mechanical engineering (electrical cabinets related) is an advantage
