**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
**Essential Qualifications/Experience: - Software Engineering Skills: Systems Development -Programming/Software development:
ü Extensive ServiceNow platform (DM, CSM, GRC and CIM) knowledge

ü Extensive experience developing solutions using JavaScript and ServiceNow REST API's

ü Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management

ü Experience with ServiceNow's MID Server, Flow Designer and App Engine Studio

ü Experience with Oracle Linux

ü Experience with MySQL

Standard Automatic Data Processing Knowledge
Word Processing: Advanced knowledge
Spreadsheet: Working knowledge
Graphics Presentation: Working knowledge
Email clients/

Web Browsers:
Working knowledge

DUTIES/ROLE:

Manage and administer ServiceNow modules (DM, CSM, GRC, CIM) in line with SSBA guidance and in coordination with other Service Lines
Develop scripts and solutions to support the operation and maintenance of ServiceNow modules (DM, CSM, GRC, CIM)
Develop and provide guidance for the creation and management of Servicenow reports
Act as third line support on ServiceNow and collaborate with other lines of support
Support the implementation of additional ServiceNow modules
