ENAR aisbl's secretariat is based in Brussels and is responsible for the management and implementation of the network's mission.

ENAR seeks to be a responsible employer that provides a positive and engaging work environment and inclusive processes that improve the organisation's functioning across its structures.

ENAR aisbl is recruiting an external consultant with expertise in organisational development (OD) to review our present operating practices and working methods with a view of proposing improvements that strengthen the functioning Secretariat and governance structures.

  • Reviewing the structure, JDs and roles at ENAR Secretariat and exploring ways to put existing knowledge, talent, and skills to full use.
  • Identifying personnel (staff and Board) development practices and needs, and draw recommendations for a sustainable, actionable development plan to support sustainable evolution and change.
  • Recommending best practices to improve the balance between effectiveness and happiness with a view to increase both.

  • Presentation: the consultant will prepare and make a presentation to ENAR staff and Board with their main findings and recommendations.
