Our client is a main provider of software developing services in the transport industry, based in Brussels with offices close to a main railway station.

Functieomschrijving:

Analyzing business processes, systems, and requirements to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Converting user requirements into detailed functional specifications that act as a guide for software development and implementation.
Performing data analysis to recognize trends, patterns, and insights that aid in making informed business decisions and refining processes.
Collaborating with technical teams to ensure that the functional design aligns with technical capabilities and limitations.
Creating documentation in accordance with the Agile principles using Atlassian software, including user manuals, training materials,...
Conducting user acceptance testing to validate system functionality and ensure it fulfills user requirements.
Staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to functional analysis.
Providing support and training to endusers.

Vereiste ervaring:

You have a Bachelor, preferably in an IT orrelated domain;
You have at least 5 years of experience as a business analyst or as Functional / Technical Analyst;
You have good analytical skills, you can share knowledge and you are willing to continue to learn.
You can work in a team and you have good interpersonal skills;
You have excellent communication skills, you have a strong affinity with language;
You are customer oriented and result oriented, you have a strong sense of responsibility;
Fluent in English and French, Dutch is a plus.
