Key responsibilities:

Responsible to support and guide customers in their transition into new HR solutions.
You will be Part of the HCM team and accountable to support the full life cycle of the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central Module) for various clients within the Benelux.
Work with the local labour laws in Belgium, and labour laws connected to payroll.
Optimize HR processes using the latest new products.
Analyse how the changes in the tool will need to be done and how the customer from a practical point of view should be organizing.
Support design, implement and deploy SuccessFactors solutions to solve business process requirements for Human Resources and Payroll.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch with good senior level stakeholder management soft skills and competencies.

Required skills:

23 years experiences in SuccessFactors or SAP HR.
Extensive knowledge of HRIS as a Business Analyst or similar.
Hands on experience of implementing SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central module) or SAP HR as an HR professional with one of these software's.
Experience in interpreting and understanding local labour laws in Belgium, especially the ones connected to payroll are a big plus.
Consulting firm experience, preferably directly working for Big 4 firms supporting enterprise clients.
Native/fluent Dutch speaker and professional working proficiency in English.
