As a Junior Compliance Officer, you will be the right hand of the Chief Compliance Officer.

You will work closely with the management team and other departments to ensure that our operations meet the highest standards of standardization, integrity, and ethics.

As a Junior Compliance Officer, you play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, particularly those related to the casino industry.

Your responsibilities include:

Assisting in the implementation and enforcement of compliance programs and procedures.
Supporting the conduct of internal controls and audits to ensure compliance.
Contributing to the drafting and updating of policy documents and procedures related to regulation and compliance.
Assisting in managing KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti Money Laundering) processes.
Assisting in investigating suspicious activities and reporting findings to management.
Assisting in conducting regular checks and audits to ensure that all operational processes and procedures comply with legal requirements and internal guidelines.
Providing training and education to employees on compliance issues and promoting a culture of compliance within the organization.
Communicating widely to the workforce and reporting compliance with procedures to management.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of Belgian regulations related to the casino sector is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in Dutch, French, and English.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
Willingness to learn and develop within the compliance domain.
Able to work independently and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
