About the jobThe Media & Digital Manager is responsible for:
Strategy
- Develop quarterly media plans, leading online and offline decisionmaking
- Codefine and implement paid media excellence (goals > KPIs > optimisation)
- Own precision marketing strategy
- SEO & strategy ownership
- Media thought leadership, precisionmarketing strategy & ownership of the learning agenda
- Definition and implementation of paid media excellence & target setting
Execution
- Adapt and optimize budget spent in all media touchpoints
- Implement quarterly media plans (tactical plans builts up > execution)
- Drive precision marketing campaigns implementation
- Tech & tools: ownership
- SEA: Global Guidelines champion, ecom & brand teams sparring partner
- IAS tracking follow up
Know how
- Own online & offline media evaluation & reporting
- GA analytics ownership & insights extraction
- Media learnings codification: start / stop / continue
- Best practice sharing
- Cobuild media test & learn, ROI measurement agenda
