The Impact You'll Make in this Role


As a Customer Service Representative located in Diegem, serving 3M's direct buying customers in the Central Europe Region (BNL + DACH), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.


Here, you will make an impact by:

  • _ Handling customer transactions related to order management, order status, inquiries, back orders, proofs of delivery, freight and quality claims, payment deductions or discrepancies, and other related policies and procedures._
- _ Maintaining relationships with Premium Accounts by understanding, anticipating and identifying their product and especially service needs. The CSR visits - together with the 3M sales manager - the selected Premium Accounts._
- _ Self-preparing service performance reports and participates in customer meetings to identify / propose opportunities to improve 3M service, customer satisfaction, communication and _efficiencies._
- _ Reviewing purchase order requirements to ensure compliance with 3M terms and conditions._
- _ Conducting service process analysis and drives cycle time and OTIF improvements._
- _ The CSR liaises with 3M Sales Support in regard of RFQ._
- _ Coordinates the management of Product Quality Complaints (liaise with Customer Issue Resolution Representative)._

Your Skills and Expertise
- _ Bachelor degree or equivalent_
- _ Team player, persistent and results oriented, Good communication skills_
- _ Language skills: Dutch, German, English, French_
- _ Strong skills of SAP (ERP system), Salesforce (CRM system), 3M Partner Portal, Excel, PPT._
- _ Commercial flair on the phone and in face to face meetings with Key Accounts,_
- _ Strong collaboration with 3M Customer Issue Resolution Representatives and business colleagues_
- _ Premium service mind set towards Premium Accounts_
- _ proactive service and communication_
- _ analysing and creating of moderately complex performance scorecards_

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include
- _ Well organized and independent at dealing with moderately complex issues_
- _ Eager and capable at improving service and logistics processes_
