Responsibilities
- Function as a link between the different departments legal financial logistics ... and the ICT department Analyze business processes through communication with users Optimizing outlining automated processes Apply appropriate analysis techniques according to user needs Translate user needs into a clear ICT project Informing other team members Developers Architects about business concepts Delivery of project related documentation according to methodology used Testing functionalities during implementation process Support train users after implementation.
