    The Marketing Manager will have the following responsibilities :

    • Define and execute overall marketing and communication strategy and budget
    • Build a full-fledged marketing team to accelerate growth in key markets across Europe.
    • Drive acquisition from paid marketing channels online (paid content, SEA, social media ads, sponsoring) and offline (magazines, field marketing)
    • Manage all content and inbound marketing : website, newsletter, SEO, mailing automation, blogs, affiliation, social media, surveys
    • Work with product and development team to develop lifecycle marketing strategies, leveraging website and landing pages, email, push notification and in-app channels.
    • Test new marketing actions and monitor results using digital metrics
    • Reporting and tracking performance
    • Oversee the production and consistency of all marketing material (website, banners, newsletters, press releases, pitches, videos, user guides and brochures)
    • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
    • Analytics: proven track record of executing A/B tests, optimizing campaigns using KPIs and other productivity metrics (ROI, CAC) and translating data into insights
    • Excellent writing and presentation skills
    • Experience with performance and inbound/content marketing leveraging various tools and platforms
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing
    • French and English are required. Dutch is a plus.
