Responsibilities:


Project-Based ICT clusters all activities on
vision development,
architectural design, maturation,
development, testing, evolution and related c
hange management around the
Quote-to-Bill IT environment that supports the
Project-Based ICT business.

As PO Lead, you'll be responsible for
overarching
several squads in terms of
common vision, dependency and change management whilst being the active PO of one of these squads.


Although your
main stakeholder will be the
Management Committee and employees of the newly carved-out
PXS NXT ICT company, you'll be
reporting directly to the PMIT Tribe who remains in PXS sa.


To populate your squad, you'll be mainly looking at the Process Chapter and DTI teams complemented by Business Subject Matter experts.


With your own squad, called Project-Based ICT, you'll be focusing on the
evolution of the ERP system used by
PXS NXT ICT company (EPS).


This includes both short-term operational improvements, mid-term structural improvements as well as a long-term evolution roadmap which includes the full replacement of EPS by 20230.


The changes needed to setup the ERP environment of the PXS NXT ICT company in '24 are also part of your backlog.

As PO Lead, next to managing your own squad towards result, you also overlook the activities of 2 other squads:

SEAP replacement squad:

mission to phase-out the SEAP system by Q1 '27 by providing alternative Quote-to-bill solutions for all offers currently using SEAP and future offers in need of consumption and pay-as-you-use based billing.


EcoFit squad:
mission to co-create and execute the ERP roadmap for the EBU affiliates.
Profile


Technical skills:

  • Solid knowledge of overall B2B business processes of PXS sa
  • Background in working with ERP systems is a big plus
  • Strong Analytical skills (datadriven decision making)
  • Affinity with change management
  • Affinity with financial management (Business Cases, Budget mgmt.) and corporate governance
  • Affinity with product development

Soft skills:

  • Born bridgebuilder (between business and IT, between PXS sa and PXS NXT ICT)
  • Excellent stakeholder manager with associated strong communication skills (up, down and lateral)
  • Ability to understand new and complex things fast and explain them in a very easy way to others.
  • Ability to bring structure in chaos and move forward even when everything isn't clear.

Languages:
Solid knowledge of English, French and Dutch
