    Visit Assistant

    A 4-month fixed-term contract, renewable opportunity to join the European Commission Visitors' Centre team in Brussels.

    The Visit Assistant will accompany groups during visits and proactively manage operational logistics under the guidance of the Supervisor.

    • Contact speakers to confirm attendance and collect presentations.
    • Prepare rooms and equipment, manage logistical setup, and report any malfunctions or cleanliness issues
    • Validate participant lists and ensure access badges are prepared by security service
    • Welcome speakers and escort them to the meeting room
    • Assist with displaying presentations
    • Stay until the presentation begins and ensure smooth technical operation/li>
    • Welcome visitors ensuring they receive their access badgesRegister unlisted participants if needed Guide the group to digital backdrop explain photo opportunities data protection Introduce key displays Commissioners Wall EU in Time wall/li>
