Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, is recruiting for a Director Global Pricing Analytics within the Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO).

This position is based in Beerse, Belgium or Raritan, NJ, US.

Pricing is at the center of many discussions and decisions inside Johnson & Johnson and in the public debate. Hence it is important we accurately understand pricing dynamics and monitor as well as anticipate changes.

The Director Global Pricing Analytics will drive development of our pricing analytics capabilities, globally, to continue to build a world-class function.

The pricing analytics team currently maintains and continues to develop a pricing data capture and reporting platform, offers analytics and reporting expertise, ensures best practice sharing including methodological appropriateness and consistency and quality control including KPI tracking.

The new Director will bring the function and capabilities to the next level, that of a broadly recognized center of excellence with advanced and innovative analytics such as but not exclusive predictive analytics capabilities, top notch reporting tools and the highest data quality.

This is the must-have foundation to drive strategic discussions on pricing trends, to understand implications of a rapidly changing pricing environment and to develop senior management reporting, pricing policy implementation monitoring tools and to establish internal and external thought leadership.

He/she will partner with global pricing leads and regional and key operating company pricing representatives to ensure that analyses and reporting are aligned with business needs, such as but not exclusively new business development and pricing policy implementation.

The director will also play a major role in managing the quality of our pricing governance system.

Qualifications:


  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in regional or global market access and/or pharmaceutical pricing is required.
  • Strong strategic, analytic, business, and financial acumen as well as networking and negotiation skills are required.
  • Graduate degree or equivalent; MBA strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of concepts of Data Sciences and possibilities of advanced analytics are preferred.
  • Experience in a global, multicultural or multicountry environment is required.
  • A strong indepth understanding of global pricing systems, and environmental trends is preferred.
  • Ability to navigate and influence in a complex, global organization is required.
  • Strong team leadership skills are required.
  • Travel up to 10 % both domestic and international may be required.
