Job Title

Manager, Program Execution, EMV & Digital Devices


Overview:

Role:

  • Support the creation of new Mastercard policies and roadmaps for EMV and contactless deployments
  • Maintain EMV and contactless technical rules and best practices
  • Chair and manage the Change Control Board meetings where updates to policies are discussed and signed off
  • Organise the biannual releases of the M/Chip Requirements, the main document on EMV and contactless technical rules
  • Provide data analytics support to wider EMV team and run various regular internal and external reports as required

All About You:

  • You have a bachelor's university degree
  • You are comfortable and are interested in working with information of detailed technical nature
  • You either have a thorough understanding or have some experience in working with EMV and Contactless technology
  • You have good partnership skills and can work effectively in matrix organisations
  • You can work both as part of a team and on your own as circumstances dictate
  • You are comfortable working with data, databases and using tools such as Excel for the purposes of running reports
  • You have an eye for detail, are organised and selfmotivated
  • You have good presentation skills
  • You have good knowledge of English and can communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation
