The position is based full-time in

Olen, Belgium.
You will be reporting to the

Plant Manager working in a small and diverse team. You will be working closely with the quality manager and product manager.


Your main responsibilities:


Registration Coordinator:


  • Check and verify all submitted documents for accuracy considering regulatory compliance including product labels, ingredient lists, safety data sheets,
  • Contact different parties to ensure that the registration process is moving forward.

Data Entry and accurate record keeping:

  • Enter and update product information into the registration database.

Product Quality Control support:


  • Registering delivered goods
  • Quality control before packaging (sieving + moisture tests) and after packaging (taking random samples)
  • Weekly walkthrough to check on cleaning procedures
  • Requesting analysis according to the analysis plan and followup on the results
  • Quality control of documents for customers
  • Quality/safety followup on certificates from suppliers and technical documents of raw materials

Legislation follow-up

  • Followup on changes in regulations
  • Keep labels uptodate with regulation
  • Coordinate changes with different departments

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree in Animal Nutrition, Agriculture, or related discipline.
1-3 years of experience in registration or quality
Fluent in English and Dutch with good written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Proactive and flexible mindset to handle unexpected changes, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
