We are currently seeking a highly skilled Civil Site Supervisor to join our team. Are you ready to take the lead on-site and ensure the successful execution of civil engineering projects?

• Regular monitoring and supervision of construction activities.
• Maintaining a continuous presence on-site to oversee operations.
• Verifying the compliance of materials used in construction.
• Ensuring the quality and accuracy of construction plans.
• Overseeing the implementation of construction work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintaining detailed work logs and execution records.
• Providing regular updates on project progress and status.

About You

The ideal candidate is someone who has strong knowledge of Construction Management , Structure & Infrastructure Management along with excellent communication skills.

• Master's degree in Construction or Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency in both English and French languages.
• 5 to 15 years of experience in civil engineering or construction supervision.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage on-site teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
