We are seeking a talented and experienced UX copywriter with a passion for AI to join our team and contribute to the success of our digital assistant Kate.

In this unique role, you will be responsible for creating compelling, accurate and engaging conversations for a variety of use cases.

Responsibilities - expanded As one of the UX copywriters for our digital assistant Kate you will be responsible for writing conversation scripts that are both informative and engaging.

This encompasses that you become (in de huid kruipen van) Kate and write as Kate, following the Kate copywriting guidelines and the house style.

You will also take into account the NLU.

In this role, you will work closely with the other Kate copywriters, our UX designers, epic owners and bot builders.


Profiel


We are looking for someone with a proven track record of success in UX copywriting, who loves giving a human voice to a chat and voice bot.

You should have a keen eye for detail and consistency, and the ability to write with accuracy and creativity.

You should also be able to understand our customer needs and be very stressresistant as you will be managing multiple projects simultaneously.
