To support our HR department, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition coordinator with growth potential who can design the recruitment policy and processes for Amadys Group and is responsible for recruiting the right profiles.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you are our end-to-end recruitment manager:

  • You help to define the recruitment policy for Amadys Group and work on the right employer brand;
  • You manage the various recruitment channels
  • Contacts with Headhunters and Interim Offices
  • LinkedIn
  • The Amadys website (together with the marketing department)
  • You are Endtoend responsible for recruitment: from sourcing and the first interviews to organizing technical interviews, salary negotiations, contract signing
  • You will work with the HR director, management and HR BPs to analyze current and future recruitment needs
  • You prepare job descriptions together with the hiring manager and ensure the distribution via various platforms and social media
  • You participate in job fairs and events

Profile:


  • You have a master's degree in economics, psychology or similar
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment, experience in a fast growing environment with many recruitment needs is a plus
  • Since you support various countries, you speak and write Dutch and English. Knowledge of French and German is a plus
  • You are familiar with applicant tracking systems and you have a good knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter & Social Media
  • You are customer
- and people-oriented

  • You are very proactive, well organized, handson, problem solving and have a resultsoriented mentality
  • You are a specialist in selecting people and can fall back on knowledge of different methods, CBI, Assessment, etc.
  • Working from different locations and getting to know new colleagues is just right for you
  • You are available at short notice
