For our 2 hotels, Park Inn by Radisson Brussels Midi & Radisson Red Hotel Brussels, we are looking for a
Marketing Trainee.

The trainee Role:

As a Marketing trainee, you will be in charge of:

• Supporting the needs of the markets to ensure maximization of all offline, partnership and branding marketing channels fitting within an integrated plan. Key focus on the different brand initiatives, partnership opportunities, collateral programs, photography & video and loyalty program
• Supporting social Media strategy and delivery of content

• Blogging

• Produce content yourself, and interact with (travel) bloggers
• Building & maintaining websites
• Supporting the creation of new collaterals as required, signage for hotels, etc.
• Developing rich media (photography and video), remaining accurate and brand compliant
• Supporting F&B Marketing Requirements. Menu design & revisions of F&B collaterals, F&B digital signage, tactical promotions. Supporting brand activation events, internal Radisson Hotel Group activations, brand activation campaigns and guest activation
• Researching and negotiating of partnership marketing opportunities to support each hotel
• Identify opportunities for advertising, partnerships and act accordingly
• Be able to work on a marketing project and own it from the initial stage till completion
• Provide marketing support to other segments (M&E, Front Office, Housekeeping...

• Be enrolled in a school/university and provide an internship agreement
• Fluent in French/Dutch & English
• Internship of minimum 6months
