We are currently recruiting a Marketing Communication Manager who will lead the marketing and communication team, and drive the launch and promotion of our products and services.

Job Purpose


As our next Marketing Communication Manager, you will be part of the Marketing and Product Management team, reporting to the VP Marketing and Product Management.

You will be responsible for defining the positioning, messaging, and branding of our products, and driving product launches.

You will lead product marketing roadmaps and create subsequent materials and campaigns promoting the company's products and services to meet business goals and increase market share.

As the Marketing Communication Manager, you will lead the marketing and communication team (2 direct reports), responsible for goal setting, reporting, and delivery.


Responsibilities:


  • You will define marketing and communication strategies, aligning corporate goals and product roadmaps to set the marketing objectives.
  • You will manage the marketing team, define objectives and development plans, and implement processes and reporting structures. You will have 2 direct reports.
  • You will work and collaborate with the Product Manager to define and communicate the product value proposition, customer segmentation, and messaging.
  • You will oversee the demand generation campaigns, responsible for meeting lead generation targets.
  • You will also develop and drive impactful and measurable tactical omnichannel product marketing plans that drive lead generation, qualification, and nurturing. Your responsibilities will include managing the budget, resources, and analytics as well as reporting on campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare and orchestrate online and offline product launches.
  • You will drive partner marketing with customers and technology partners to foster awareness and crossselling.
  • You will develop collaterals such as brochures, case studies, whitepapers, videos, infographics, user guides, etc.
  • Deliver product knowledge information to enable our Sales channels to market our products effectively. This includes delivering commercial training, creating sales tools, and deploying segment
- or region-specific materials as needed.
  • You will deploy marketing automation workflows and monitor marketing analytics via the CRM marketing tool (SalesForce Account Engagement).


Your Profile- Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with Communication a PLUS.- 4 to 5 years of experience in B2B product marketing (Technical Products).- Analytical and synthetic thinking, transforming complex technology concepts into targeted, clear messages.- People management experience.- Outstanding project management skills, with the ability to drive several marketing roadmaps and campaigns, prioritizing actions and goals to successfully deliver and meet business objectives.- Strong influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills.- Self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and proactiveness.- Strong attention to detail.- Solid working experience with marketing automation software (preferably SalesForce Account Engagement - formerly Pardot, Hubspot).- Experience in the biopharma/bioprocessing technologies sector is a plus.- English fluent and other languages a plus.
