Functie:

As a
line manager, your job consists of various tasks and responsibilities

These duties include:

If you work in
2 shifts you will work one week from
5am to 1pm and on Friday from
5am to 10am; the other week you will work from
1pm to 9pm and on Friday from
10am to 3pm;
If you prefer to be employed on a permanent night you will work from
9pm to 5am and Fridays from
3pm to 8pm;
You can
set up the
machine independently, but as a line manager you will always be at the machine with your regular colleague. One person starts at the beginning, the other at the end of the machine;
You report to the
shift manager /
ploeg chef ;
You can
solve minor technical problems on the machine
independently. When this is not the case, you will contact the required technician after assessing the situation.

Profiel en vaardigheden:

To perform the job as a line manager as correctly as possible, you have the following assets:

You have
notions of
electricity and
mechanics;
You have at least
2 years' relevant work experience;
A good knowledge of
English and a knowledge of
Dutch is a must in order to maintain good communication on the work floor;
When a stressful situation occurs, you know how to keep a cool head;

Independence is a word that typifies you. You are expected to be able to work independently in your position;

You are a motivated person;
A
passion for
engineering is a plus;
Preferably, you have studied a technical field.

A family-run business, our client has been a well-established player in the packaging sector for many years. From paper to corrugated board to custom-made boxes that they deliver to their customers themselves.

Thanks to 240 colleagues, the 25 processing machines and 2 corrugators are operating at full capacity to deliver packaging to their customers including in the food industry.
