Description
We are looking for a category buyer who will be in charge of preparing and follow-up a tender for the renewal of car leasing contracts.
The preparation of this tender should start +- mid-March and be completed by end of June, we estimate +-3.5 months.
All-in rate expected, no expenses allowed.
Technical context
- Leading the preparation and followup of tender for car Leasing contracts (renewal) + possible involvement in other RFPs in the HR area
- Facilitate communication with suppliers to help them the best offers for the client
- Evaluation and comparison of received offers
- Preparation for contract negotiations
- Liaise and share status reports with Car fleet department and internal stakeholders
- Manage contracting until signature between the parties and archiving according to procedures
Business context
Technical skills:
- You hold a master's degree and 510 years of working experience
- Relevant (min 5 years) experience in indirect Procurement and managing tenders in this area
- Excellent knowledge and practice of S2C process
- Excellent analytical capabilities and presentation skills (efficient usage of MS Office Excel and Powerpoint)
- Knowledge of a procurement system, preferably Ivalua
- Effective communication skills in English, knowledge of Dutch & other languages is an asset;
