We are looking for a Sales Representative who is responsible for the promotion of innovative medicines optimizing respiratory care in Belgium.
You will be a technical expert of specific company products, fulfilling patient needs, calling on Pulmonologists and engaging with the multi-disciplinary team in a respiratory department.
Responsibilities:
- Engage Pulmonologists in twoway dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support onlabel prescribing for appropriate patients.
- Establish longterm relationships with key customers
- Liaise with other sales reps to learn from each other and share best practices
- Work with Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in your territory
- Be leading person in translating territory needs and opportunities towards relevant crossfunctional team members and drive implementation of crossfunctional projects in territory where appropriate
- Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
- Develop and maintain indepth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned sales territory
- Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.
- Successfully complete all training requirements
Essential skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree
- Driver's license
- Fluent Dutch and strong English
- Sales experience in specialty products / hospital environment
- Strong customer orientation
- Collaborative and effective twoway communication
- Experience in key account management
- Sales and results oriented mindset
- Experience within pulmonology is a plus
