Job description As an IT Project Lead, you will oversee strategic projects involving both business and IT domains.


Your responsibilities will include:
Leading project teams and engaging stakeholders to achieve objectives.
Identifying and managing project risks and contingency plans.
Collaborating with other teams within the banking industry.
Supporting Scrum masters to ensure team efficiency.
Providing coaching and fostering a culture of continuous improvement among team members.

Your qualificationsDemonstrated experience in project management (2-5 years)Proficiency in English, Dutch is a big PLUS.Strong facilitation, collaboration, and decision-making skills.

Familiarity with IT technicalities and mobile development is desirable.
Ability to work in an Agile environment.
Adaptability to fast-changing environments and commitment to quality.
