As part of the PMO team you support the Benelux organization in providing structure and driving efficiency and performance to deliver results in line with our company strategy.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Partner with project stakeholders to provide continuous improvement of our planning and execution processes to ensure visibility, alignment, predictability and overall program governance;
  • Facilitate the coordination across projects to ensure that information relating to project deliverables, risks and issues are effectively communicated between stakeholders and that key performance indicators are monitored and evaluated;
  • Demonstrate handson behavior in delivering solutions to strive for performance in reaching Benelux objectives;
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to support governance, reporting and decisionmaking frameworks;
  • Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across all teams assuring the delivery of key initiatives;
  • Work closely with the Regional PMO teams;

You:

  • You hold a Business degree, while a postgraduate diploma in Project Management is an asset;
  • You can look back at a 4+ years track record fostering a result driven culture where you demonstrated improvement to systems and processes across business; gained experience within Commercial / Finance / Operations;
  • You demonstrate handson experience in supporting project teams while managing stakeholders to strive for performance and results;
  • You are known for your networking skills and ability to drive collaboration;
  • You are described as a true and reliable team player;
  • You communicate fluently in English; knowledge of Dutch / French is an asset.
What will the selection process look like?

  • Assessment Tests
The tests are integrated in the selection process to increase objectivity of the final decision making. The assessment tests for this role is a cognitive ability test.

The results will not be saved in the employee's file, and will only be used in the context of the vacancy for which the employee is applying.

Results are therefore not used for purposes of performance evaluation.

  • Cognitive Ability Test: Report links under three headings:
  • Deductive reasoning (measuring the ability drawing logical conclusions)
  • Inductive reasoning (measuring conceptual and analytical thinking)
  • Numerical reasoning (measuring capacity to understand numerical data and interpret mathematical information correctly)
