YOUR ROLE
Would you like to support managers to implement and strengthen management systems in line with regulations and risk assessments? Are you passionate about continuous improvement, prevention & safety?


If so, we have the opportunity to join us as our Quality, Health & Safety and Environment coordinator for the growing FVL (Finished Vehicle Logistics) business in the Benelux market at CEVA Logistics.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • You will coordinate and check progress of continuous improvement methods and tools in order to prevent occupational accidents & diseases and improve working conditions (H&S) + in order to maximize the understanding of customers and other stakeholders' requirements (Q/E).
  • You contribute to the implementation of Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (QHSE) system management by adapting, promoting and deploying reference documents
  • You prepare and follow customer, Group and Certification audits and ensure that standards are understandable, deployed, implemented, updated and enforced
  • You implement awareness and training actions in QHSE scope
  • You run operational audits in QHSE scope
  • You maintain internal and external QHSE documentation (incl. legal H&S registers)
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You have experience in a similar role
  • You have knowledge of ISO
  • You have experience in conducting audits
  • You are fluent in English and French. Dutch is a plus.
  • You can work independently and you have excellent organisation skills

In this role you will receive:

  • Phone + notebook
  • Monthly salary on 13.92 base (0.92 for holidays and 13th month in December)
  • Lunch tickets : 8€ per work day with 1.09€ participation of the employee
  • Hospitalisation insurance (AG Insurance). Also possible for the family paid by the employee.
  • Pension insurance
  • Travel allowance
  • 20 legal holidays (following legislation), 12 holidays reduction of working time (prorata starting date), 4 holidays sector (prorata starting date)
  • You can work hybrid in this role (3 days office + 2 days remote) with occasional travel to the site in Oosterhout, NL.
